Match report Maz won the toss and chose to field. The High Wycombe openers started really well, and put runs on the board. Ellie Bourne bowled really well, and was unlucky with a few catches falling just out of reach. She finally got the wicket she deserved with the last ball she bowled, the first of 3 excellent catches by Edna Moses. Lucy struggled with the swing of our new Kookaburra balls - she will be lethal once she gets the hang of how the new balls move. Edna Moses came on and bowled tightly and took a wicket. Reshma Garrara came on and cut into the tail with 3 wickets. Could have been 4, but it was called a no ball. The experience of Keely Juster paid off as she took the catch off the no ball and quickly threw it in for a run out. At the other end Maz bowled terribly but took 3 wickets, to restrict High Wycombe to 98-9 off their 20 overs.
Keely and Maz opened the batting, and steadily moved the score on, Maz even got her 1st 6 at Old Actonians. She then got herself out for 51, with the score on 96. Keely ended on 38 not out, and Katie Davies on 2 not out.
