We are holding our ‘start of the season’ Junior BBQ on Sunday 17th May – hopefully we will be lucky with the weather and it will be a great way to catch up with everyone.
Training will be as usual from 10.00am to 11.30am; we will be serving the food as soon as possible after training - around 12noon and it would be good to see as many people as possible supporting the event. The women have a league game that afternoon so it will be great to see the juniors staying on to watch the match.
We do need help from parents with the set up and running of the BBQ (so the coaches/helpers can run the cricket activities) – please let me know if you are available to help in this way.
Also in the past parents have been extremely generous by providing salads, vegetable crudités, accompaniments such as sweetcorn or a dessert – if you are able to contribute to the event in any way please let me know - clifford.pile@ntlworld.com
Cost = £6.00 per person. (Payment either by bank transfer PRIOR to the event or by cash on the day).
Could you please let me know your numbers, and any dietary requirements as soon as you can as we will ordering the food a few days beforehand.
