We are holding our Girls Festival and Junior BBQ on Sunday 5th July – hopefully we will be lucky with the weather and it will be a great way to celebrate our Girls and Women section but also a tremendous way to prepare for the Women’s T20 World Cup final.
Training and the All Stars group will be as normal; we will be serving the food as soon as possible after training – 11.30am onwards and it would be good to see as many people as possible supporting the event. We are hoping that England women make the final and that as many people as possible will stay to watch the game (starts at 2.30pm).
We do need help from parents with the set up and running of the BBQ (so the coaches/helpers can run the cricket activities) – please let me know if you are available to help in any way i.e. set up, chef, admin etc.
Also in the past parents have been extremely generous by providing salads, vegetable crudités, accompaniments such as sweetcorn or a dessert – if you are able to contribute to the event in any way please let me know - clifford.pile@ntlworld.com
Cost = £6.00 per person. (Payment either by bank transfer PRIOR to the event or payment on the day).
Could you please let me know your numbers, and any dietary requirements as soon as you can as we will ordering the food a few days beforehand.
