Givon Christian, Old Actonians Cricket Club overseas player/coach will be running an extensive cricket training programme this summer. Givon is a South African Level 2 coach and has been taking the lead in our outreach programme to local schools this season and is involved in the coaching of our juniors on Sunday mornings. Givon has played his cricket at a senior level for Western Province, Cape Cobras and South Africa Under 17's and Under 23's Colts.
The courses are designed to give professional coaching with an emphasis on maximum enjoyment. Boys and girls between 8 and 15 years are all very welcome. Please bring along any cricket equipment that you have. A small amount of club equipment will be available for use. If your child would like to play hardball cricket they MUST wear a HELMET and BOX. Please ensure your child brings a packed lunch. Book early to avoid disappointment.
