1s- took on the Lanka Lions at HQ. PM was again in the wickets, this time taking 5-40 as the Lions were dismissed for 92. The chase was never in doubt as some sensible batting from our boys took us to victory with 6 wickets in the locker
2s- made the short trip to take on Ealing Trailfinders. Some late innings hitting propelled the home side to 276, with stand in skipper Sahil Sasan picking up 6-89. The response never hit 2nd gear at our turn at bat as we were rolled for 123.
3s- visited Wembley posting 235-8, with Harry Low top scoring with 78 and Hamza AB with 49. In response some good batting by Wembley took them to victory with 2 overs remaining and 4 wickets in the bank
4s- batted first against the London Tigers at Boddington. It was the HP show as he scored his first ton after 20 years of senior cricket finishing with 101 not out as we scored 222-7 declared. The Tigers response failed to roar with Dominic Horne taking 4-46 as we ran out comfortable victors
5s- it was a tight match against local rivals Chiswick for our 5s. CCC amassed 244-8 AK taking 3 wickets. In response AK was also in the runs scoring 65 as we narrowed in on victory, however some late wickets put the ball back into CCCs court to take the points, however he held on for the draw 9 down, 6 runs from victory
6s- bowled out K&C for 169 with AB again in the wickets taking 4. AB followed up 2ith 44 and together with Vaibhav Sasans 44 we were victorious with 5 wickets remaining
7s- visited Little Marlow to take on Chalfont St Peters 3s. Details are sparse hower CSP won but a great day was had by all
Women’s Club XI- visited Gunnersbury in a 30 over match. GWCC batted first scoring 160-8. Emily Jones & Laural Wilson both took 3 wickets. Young Abbie Winter top scored for us with 29 at our turn at bat however we couldn’t quite get over the line, and were 11 short in the end
MDL XI- batted first at HQ against Teddington. Archie Chapman was in the runs with 48 as we scored 172. The Teddington chase lost some late wickets however in the end TCC were comfortable victors with a few overs left.
Club XI- took on the West London Gentlemen who scored 212-7 at their turn at bat, in response we could only muster 91 but it was especially pleasing to see so many juniors getting their first taste of senior cricket
