WEEK 7 REVIEW

1s- hosted K&C at HQ. @asadah94 was again in the wickets picking up 6-60 while @pmads1 toiled hard taking 4 wickets as our guests scored 215. Our response never got going as we fell to defeat by 88 runs

W1- Ickenham posted 175-5, @aishah.khan1 taking 2-8. Our response was a decent one, however when @evasolt3 fell for 64 we pulled up 21 runs short

2s- visited the same oppo at Kings House, who batted first and complied 225, with wickets shared. Similar to our 1s the batting failed to fire as we were beaten by 80 runs with @shababchow scoring 44.

W2s- hosted Ickenham 2s at HQ in the curtain raiser for the W1s. We posted 114-9 with @giovanna3767 top scoring with 29. The match was a tight won as we prevailed by 8 runs with wickets shared

3s- visited HSM who declared on 221-9. @khush9593 carried on his great form taking 4-55. Our response was looking promising however we couldn’t quite keep up with the rate finishing with a losing draw 42 runs adrift

4s- hosted Harrow Town, we were looking good at 139-5 however the lower order crumbled as were bowled out for 146. @alislaughts top scored with 46. The response from HT never caught even 2nd gear and they were dismissed some 55 runs short with wickets shared

5s- posted 204-7 declared against SKLP, with @ryansimpson2135 top scoring with 64 not out. SKLP failed to mount any reasonable challenge of our score with @ashish_kelkar_147 taking 4 wickets, with us taking the Winning Draw.

6s- looked like they were falling to defeat against Wycombe House, however @christiaan_naude_ and @kapoor__harsh had different ideas sharing in a 125 run partnership as we won by 4 wickets. Earlier @panchalrohan1 took 3 wickets in the WH innings of 187.

MDL- visited Chiswick, who chose to bat posting 201. @luke.ajani took 6 wickets for our team, with a Hat trick to finish the innings. The response never really got going and despite some brigadier blocking we couldn’t quite hold on for the draw
