ANNUAL COLTS DAY – SUNDAY 1st SEPTEMBER
Could you please indicate if you are available or not for Colts Day on Sunday 1st September - 10.00am start (be on the ground from 9.30am). A considerable amount of planning is required for the day so an early response on your availability would be appreciated.
This year the day will be a mixture of matches and cricket skills all of which will contribute to ‘Victor Ludorum’ winners for teams as well as individuals – basically everyone’s effort during the day will recognised and contribute to the final results.
BBQ – We will need help from parents with the running the BBQ (so the coaches can run the cricket activities). Also, please may we ask if you can contribute a salad, vegetable crudités, and accompaniments such as sweetcorn or a dessert – please let Clifford know if you can help in any way - Clifford.pile@ntlworld.com
Colts v Parents match – the annual challenge is laid down (time to show the kids who the best batsmen or bowler is in the household!!!) – Parents if you wish to take part – please let Clifford know prior to the day as we have to organise the game and cannot do so easily if we have too many ‘late take-ups’.

10.00am to 3.00pm – 8-a-side Games for Under 10’s through to Under 15’s – Square
10.00am to 3.00pm – Cricket Skills – Nets and Outfield
12.30pm to 2.00pm – BBQ
3.00pm to 4.30pm – Colts v Parents - Square
4.30pm to 6.00pm – Presentation of Awards
