I'd like to formally invite you all to the End of Season Presentation Dinner and Dance.

Unfortunately, the pavilion facilities at Actonians are currently unavailable, and due to issues related to COVID, we are doing things a little differently this year… Key Details are as below:

Date: Saturday 25^th September 2021

Time: 18:00 meet, with food beginning to be served from 18:30.

Venue: Gunnersbury Triangle Club, Triangle Way, W3 8LN

Cost: £33 per person

Dress: Formal

Your ticket will include:

• Unlimited pizza for 3 hours from ‘Pizza di Prato’s’ wonderful wood-fired pizza van (https://www.pizzadiprato.uk/)
• Annual presentation of awards for the 2021 season
• Entertainment provided by our favourite DJ, DJ KT (who is a resident DJ at The Edge in Southampton)
• Photobooth
• A late licence allowing us to party until 1am!
  
  

For those of you who haven’t been before, it is always one of the highlights of the season – and a lovely way to round off a great year of cricket with everyone together. So, I would strongly encourage you to attend, and partners are more than welcome.

As the event is not at Actonians, there is a limit on numbers this year – so tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Your place is not secure until you have paid the amount in full. Primarily the event is for our Senior Teams (Junior Teams’ prizegiving will follow), and therefore we are giving our senior members (and those associated with the club) two weeks, until Saturday 21^st August ‘early-bird’ access to buy their ticket(s). After this point, we will encourage older juniors who have played senior cricket this year, along with their parents, caregivers and coaches, to attend if they would like.

To secure your place, please pay directly into the Men's account with 'Your Name' and 'Dinner' as a reference - eg. 'Katy O Dinner'. I'm sure you have them already but here are the details again:

If you have any dietary requirements, please let me know as these will be catered for. If not, there will be a variety of four choices of pizza, with extra toppings available on the night.

We obviously all hope this won’t happen, but should the event not be able to take place due to COVID restrictions, we will look to postpone. If you are unable to make the postponed date, you will be refunded.
