Celebrate #WomensCricketMonth
at Actonians Ladies Pizza Night
June is #WomensCricketMonth so if you were ever thinking about joining the Actonians women’s cricket section, our “Pizza Night” on Thursday 24 June 2021, from 6:30pm to about 9pm, would be a good time to drop by and check us out.
It's like a mini open evening so you can try out the game* and see if you like it, and then share a bit of pizza together and get to know everyone on the team.
We still have lots of cricket to play this season, so new members are very much welcome.
*The training session involves having a go in the nets, batting and/or bowling (we have plenty of extra kit so don’t worry about that), taking part in fielding drills, meeting the coaches, picking up rules of the game, etc. We'll be at our main ground on Gunnersbury Drive off Pope's Lane in Ealing, W5 4LL
Pizza Night is free to attend thanks to funding by the ECB “Inspired to Play” grant.
