Actonians Cricket Club

Actonians Cricket Club Ladies XI squad

Ladies XI Ladies XI

Captain : Katie Davies

Been playing cricket for years at Actonians- can’t seem to leave! Definitely not a bowler (you’d understand if you’ve seen me try) but I like to think I can bat and field! Randomly I’m a Notts fan but if I had to pick a southern team it would be Middlesex (not Surrey). Love watching live cricket as much as playing.
Enjoy an ‘occasional’ Saturday night at the club but never miss a Sunday game!

Vice Captain : Alex Barton

Debbie Curtis
Try to bat, try to keep, can't bowl and have expanded the ranks of the grumpy old men by adding a female...
Lucy Davies

Played for Actonians since the age of 10. Love to bowl, improved with the bat and you'll always see me racking up lots of bruises from trying to field the ball..

If I'm not complaining about my knees or ankles I've probably not done enough!

Saoirse del Tufo

Allrounder, right arm swing bowler/leg spinner and aggressive batter, athletic close fielder

Trying to bring a slice of East London to Acton and hoping to play well enough to make up for my atrocious chat

Reshma Garara

I try and aim for the three wooden sticks when I bowl and field, bat when needed. Generally the one sending emails and messages for availability or to get you to do things. Hoping to develop the next Ladies England player on a Sunday morning!

Emily Jones

The dream is to travel the world as a professional cricketer.

The reality is I watch the team bat for 40 overs and serve them drinks.

Katy O'Sullivan
